dairy and names it “Sammontana,” after the farm

To share it beyond Empoli, Renzo and his brother Sergio
invent the very first
6-liter metal tub, making it possible

An icon is born — the Barattolino
 The 6-liter metal tub is reimagined into a smaller, freezer-friendly
size, bringing Sammontana gelato into homes across Italy.

to protect the planet and stand beside future generations.
